History of the Company
- March 2013 — Formed by NGL Energy Partners (NYSE:NGL) to explore Native American Partnerships for Uinta Basin Water Resources.
- September 2013 — UTERO certification to provide contracting power granted by the US Congress in 1937.
- June 2015 — NGL exits the Company due to the downturn of the energy markets.
- June 2018 — Sage presents Tribally Owned Pipeline to State of Utah Department of Energy with support for Shell Trading US Company.
- August 2018 — Formed Sage Water Resources LLC to acquire Blue Bench 13-1 from HJG Utah, a Hong Kong-based investment group.
- June 2019 — Lonquist Engineering to reworks well using advanced workover technology, increasing capacity from 1,400 bpd to 25,000 bpd.
- November 2023 — Complete $4 million investment into Blue Bench 13-1 topside and well improvements.
- April 2024 — Formed Sage Oilfield Services LLC (“SOS”) as an Exclusive Channel Partner for Baker Hughes.
- December 2024 — Completes transaction to buy out HJG Utah equity interest.
